Our company has been serving the Ceramic community for over 32
years. We are family owned with two generations working together. We
are constantly adding new products to our inventory and normally ship in-stock
items within 2 to3 days of receipt of your on-line order. Our experienced
staff is available to answer your questions about our products and
services.

SPECIAL ORDERS:
We can place special orders for quantities or items we do not
normally stock, but credit card or money order payment in advance is
required. No returns or cancellations on special orders. Please be
sure of your order before submitting.
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS:
Items not in stock at the time of ordering will be cancelled
rather than back ordered by CeramicPaintStore.com Maries Ceramics , but can be reordered
immediately by the customer. Items will then be shipped under a separate
shipment as soon as stock is received from our suppliers.
METHODS OF PAYMENT:

MasterCard, Discover, and Visa are
accepted methods of payment on-line.

Mailed orders should be submitted without payment.
Your order will be processed and you will be notified of the total.
Please include your e-mail address for faster notification. Checks are
not accepted. Orders may also be faxed or e-mailed to our Customer
Service e-mail link, but can not be shipped until payment by money order,
credit card, or cashiers check has been received.
SALES TAX:
New Mexico state residents are charged sales tax at the
current state rate. Items will be sold without tax only to those New
Mexico residents who are resellers with New Mexico state permit information on
file with Marie. Please call 1-505-296-3136 for
information or FAX permit information to 1-505-291-8485.
RETURN POLICY:

Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior
authorization from customer service.

Requests must be made within 10 days of order receipt.

A 20% restocking charge will be assessed when returns are
not a result of our error. No exceptions will be made. Copy of invoice
must accompany merchandise. Credit will not be given on merchandise
received in unsellable condition.

Absolutely no returns on books
allowed.

No returns on special orders.
CLAIMS POLICY:

Claims for shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt
of goods.

Damage in transit claims must be made with the delivering
carrier, as title to the merchandise passes at the time it leaves our docks.

Carton count is essential prior to signing freight bill/UPS
register. We will not be responsible for carton shortages once the
freight bill has been signed as shipment received in full.
HANDLING POLICY:
While we do not require minimum orders, we must sometimes add an
additional $2.50 handling charge on orders under $25.00. You can get
more for your money by making sure your order reaches $25.01instead of paying
the extra handling charge.
SHIPPING POLICY:

Shipping costs are assessed as follows: Overweight or
oversize charges applied by the shipper and special handling are assumed by
the customer.

Actual freight may be charged on oversized (such as in some
light but large items like some large bowls) or heavy weight or
hazardous merchandise that will incur additional shipping charges. You will
be notified by e-mail or telephone for approval of the extra charges.
These are charges assessed by the shipper and must be passed on to the
consumer in order to keep our prices the lowest on the web.

Hazardous Material: Material designated as Hazardous will be
shipped via U.S. Postal Service due to the high freight charges by U.P.S.

APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: Additional U.P.S. or
Postal Air Priority charges are assessed by the shipper and will be added to
total shipping.

We attempt to ship within 48-72 hours of receipt of credit
card orders. Size of order and holiday seasons may impact timely
shipping. Orders are shipped upon receipt of payment. Actual
delivery time will vary according to distance from the state of New Mexico
and U.P.S. delivery schedules.
Orders up to $25.00 add $2.50 handling plus $10.00 Shipping.
Orders $25.01 to $50.00 - $11.00 Shipping.
Orders $50.01 to $100.00 - $16.00 Shipping
Orders $100.01 to $200.00 - $22.00 Shipping
